We cannot say enough good things about this restaurant. Food is always good but the service is impeccable! My daughter has a gluten allergy and they always go over the top to take care of her!! Love this place and the staff so much! Ordered an Uber Eats delivery today and it did not give the options to change fries-which are not gluten free. Called and spoke with Sarah and she took care of changing the order and making sure, once again, that we were taken care of!

I recently stopped into Metro Diner and it did not disappoint. I got the Belgium Waffle, and it was delicious. Plus, the service from my waitress Megan was SUPERB! I will for sure be back soon!

Not your ordinary chicken and waffles here. Two buttermilk marinated and fried chicken tenders topped with sausage gravy, over their homemade waffle pressed from cornbread stuffing. Yes, Belgian waffles pressed from cornbread stuffing. Chicken tenders covered the entirety of the waffle. Chicken tenders were hot and fresh and delicious on their own. The sausage gravy was as good as I've ever had at any restaurant. Did I mention the waffle was pressed from cornbread stuffing? The combination of individual great tastes was a flavor explosion. Amber was my server. She was prompt, friendly and efficient and never let my coffee mug go dry. Best breakfast I've had in recent memories.

We've both been here before in the past, but it's been at least a year or more since we last been here. I got the shrimp-n-grits & it was good, but the shrimp were just a tad undercooked. My wife got the turkey with all the fixings & she said it was good. We also had pumpkin bread pudding & it was good, but I couldn't taste any pumpkin. Isabelle was our server & she was outstanding.

It was ok. I had a French dip. The roll was a bit old but not bad really. I just wasn't impressed. Everyone ate what they got so there's that. The burger at my table looked quite yummy. My side of broccoli was fresh and cooked well, a bit of crispness left.
The fried chicken at the next table looked really good. It was recommended but we didn't have the time to wait the 20 minutes cooking time. Pity.
I won't order the French dip again but I will try other menu options.

This is a great dinner. Everything was clean and the staff was friendly and punctual. The food is good, fresh and well priced. I went 3 days in a row while visiting the area due to some excellent menu choices. Highly recommend this place.

We had a good experience on our first visit to the Metro Diner. The service was great and the food was yummy. Breakfast all day was a plus and all of our meals (burger, wings, Charleston, steak scramble) were delicious. We will return in the future next time we are in the area.

Outstanding customer service, stop in and see Megan for many great food choices. The breakfast menu is delicious I highly recommend the avocado scramble eggs with the hollandaise sauce combo.

I popped in around 2-3pm on a Monday because most other places in the area are closed at that time. First things first, it was very clean and tidy. I ordered the breakfast burger and it was a big sloppy fantastic mess. It absolutely hit the spot. Cooked medium perfectly and it was put together with care. Fries were seasoned perfectly. They have a nice gluten free menu. Overall I really enjoyed this diner and if I’m ever in Venice again I will go back 100%
