I came in for a pick me up coffee as a birthday treat, since I wouldn't have time to sit in line at the nearby coffee shops. The cashier happily chatted with the person in front of me for a few extra minutes, but when my time came up, she asked me how I was one, I barely said "I'm doing fine" and before even finishing my transaction she was talking to the person in line behind me and barely looked at me in the whole half minute we interacted. I am very disappointed in the customer service I was shown, and would be even if it were not my birthday. Teach your employees how to deal with one customer at at time.

The few times i've visited this location, it's been poorly stocked. They never seem to have any brewed decaf coffee either. I just go to the one on Mill Plain now.

I regularly purchase a soft drink it this location. I am rethinking that now. The coffee machine next to the soda machine is so gross and dirty. Makes me wonder if the soda machine gets cleaned regularly. I have pictures.

Michael at this location was AMAZING to work with on our fundraising and pizza needs this year for the EHS senior parents. The staff was always kind and remembered me and what I was there to pick up, working quickly and efficiently. I have never seen any staff ignore, degrade or otherwise to any customer or fellow employee. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location.

I should also mention that the owner and graveyard shift employees in 2020-2021 are particularly friendly and helpful. It's MUCH appreciated, especially with everything Going on in the world these days......

If I could give a zero I would. I walked in and asked if I could get 2 cheeseburgers , not only was I not acknowledg'd to my face I got a nod saying that they could make it. While the guy was making my food I went and got an energy drink with my friend from their cooler section. My friend paid for his and I never minded the guy to add my burgers to my total. I paid for my stuff and he basically pushed me out of the way and was helping the next customer in line before I could even move. So my friend and I decided to go stand over by the condiment bar that they have next to the hot food that they serve. While standing there by the food bar, the guy running the shop at this moment. Pulled the food out of the oven and without thinking grabbed the buns for my burgers with his bare hand. I wrestled with myself if I was gonna say anything or not. I knew if I didn't I wouldn't even eat what I paid for. So I spoke up and said to him nicely, "hey would you mind using a new set of buns because I saw you not use gloves when touching them?" He responded with "oh did I?" I apologized and said oh I wish it didn't bug me but I'm worried about germs. He then yelled in the store so everyone could hear, "well your in the wrong place for worrying about that." I then said to him' " well if its easier you can just refund it." He said no it was fine. I then stayed there for my food and my friend went a stood by the front door. He practically shoved my burgers at me and offered no bag or my receipt. I was so embarrassed I just left. I cant believe he made a health code violation and was mad at me for it. I have worked Customer service and retail for my entire adult life now 30 and never on my worst day done this. I just wanted to have my food germ free. As this guys is bouncing between his cell phone and his job. My next stop is to contact the health department. Thanks for nothing.

Terrible since new ownership. Things are not stocked well or maybe not often enough. Coffee is often not ready by 6:15-6:30 am, creamers are always out or low..no pumpkin for almost 3 weeks now. Hot food..for those who eat it ....is now never made if someone wanted it..only the hot dog or other rolled whatever's are going. I've noticed a decline in the normal am people that were always there. I will no longer be going there as even the atmosphere is no longer friendly and the employee turn around is huge. New owner=loss of this am regular.

I wish I could give an even worse rating! I implore all people to take their business elsewhere. I was appalled after witnessing the employees of this store degrade, demean, and 86 a homeless man for coming in to get a cup of water on a 90 degree day. Yes, they made this man return the water and then continued degrading him even once he left. Shame on them. Their behavior causes me to no longer enter any 7 11.
