My grandson wanted a BIG pretzel. Hot a pizza pretzel. A regular pretzel. The young lady working was so patient and let him order his own. Then she asked HIM how he wanted his pretzel. He felt so special.

My pretzel had a tasty garlicky-buttery flavor to it, and the bread itself was cooked pretty well. I appreciated that it wasn't too salty. However, since the flavor I ordered appeared under the "cheese" options, I was expecting some more cheese, and I did not see any in my food. It's good for a snack while walking around, but not the most satisfactory meal out there.

Cashier is Scratching his head while serving and not once did he wash his hands. & guy who is preparing the dough and making the pretzels isnt even wearing gloves and hes touching the dough!! That’s disgusting not once did i see him even wash his hands either . This place is gross to look at. How are people even buying from these people. I was so close to getting some pretzels but seeing how no one is even using saftey measures i chose to walk away. So nasty and disgusting to look at.

They literally have a sign hanging on the COVID plastic barrier of their promise to bake using precautions. Then you look at the guy by the oven. No mask.. Then, as we are waiting for our food, which he was currently cooking, he drops the metal tongs he was using on the floor. He picks them up, seems to think for a second, opens the oven up. I thought, maybe he uses them to grab the cooking sheet out of the oven. Nope, he then used them to rotate the hotdog bites on the tray. Come on, man, do better. No one wants to eat whatever is on your dirty floor. I know you thought about it, but, didn't care and used them anyway. It appeared to me, that he may have been one of the owner's. The taller guy, which I assumed was a owner as well, apologized and returned my money to me. I genuinely believe he was embarrassed and said something to the other guy.

Disgusting. They heat up the cheese which already proves they are not educated because I got sick from it. The pretzel by it's self was D.I.S.G.U.S.T.I.N.G. it was very sticky and bland. My cheese burned me [and got me sick like I already stated] but my pretzel WAS COLDER THAN ELSAS POWERS.

Delicious, but this experience was not the best. They said it would be about 7 minutes because it is freshly made and it took about 20 minutes. They said they were done and then the person talking to us waited for someone else to wrap them up for us.

My kids and I wanted to see if this place as good as our favorite place, but we didn’t even try a pretzel. Why? When we walked up, the workers were SITTING on the counter. It wasn’t the cash register counter either....it was the food prep counter... disgusting! :-(

Pretzels were a great snack for a group of hungry kids after a long day! Very tasty. Not too salty.
