Went in store to purchase wings. Cashier kept pushing to redeem points. I did not want to. They then kept pushing to redeem for chicken strips, I said no bc I only wanted wings. They then promised to redeem points for strips, and they would give us wings in place of strips. They told us that the redeemed “extra” wings are in the box of chicken that we paid for. Went home and counted only 10 wings. No extra wings from the 4000 points we redeemed.

Store is stocked with many items at noticeably higher prices than the regular supermarket chains, as convenience stores order smaller quantities of inventory at higher per-unit prices from wholesalers. Typical 7-Eleven fare here are Slurpees, soft drinks, snacks, hot dogs, and taquitos.

"at 711 in Vancouver we never close" so says the owner. What a load of hogwash. If that's true why have there been numerous occurences of the door being locked from the inside or blocked with signage between the hours of 12-5? Your suppose to be open 24/7, and you boast about it yet in reality your closed or you lock the doors. Get your house in order, cause lying to your customers is a pretty good way to lose em!

I'm going to talk about the specific 7-11 on Davie st. At the corner of Hornby st. In Vancouver B.C. the staff there are very very nice, very very helpful. And they will tell you whether the food is ready to be tossed and it's time to cook fresh, instead of trying to sell you the old stale food. Other than that, they keep the place very clean and are very pleasant to be around

Tried Uber app for convenience store. Had a promotion where I got a discount if I spend $20+. I place an order and when I went to pick up the order, a few items were missing (thus the promotion was invalid).
The store did not bother to call the customers to ask for replacement when x item ordered was not available (even if they had other flavors in stock). They refused to do refund or redo the entire transaction. They just do the basic minimal. They do not take the extra step to put their customers as their priority.

No means no.. When you ask if i want a sandwich and say no..it will be no the 3rd time . manager please stop asking your employees to push sandwiches at 7am!
