Taco Bell

We go to this Taco Bell everyday sometimes twice a day for my autistic son and even though his order is very simple and it's very modified and they always make it right and if by chance they don't they meet remake it and it always looks amazing. They always put a good amount of cheese and beans. I am so thankful for the staff that's there. They've been kind, helpful and the food always turns out great

I go here almost weekly, at times twice a week, and the staff is always lovely, helpful, and doing their best. Honestly my favorite taco bell location in town and worth the wait even when busy. And on the very rare occasion that something was forgotten or made wrong, they've always been very helpful in fixing it.

If I could give 0 stars I would after 3 failed attempts and over an hour of my time wasted , I tried to order a very simple order of 2 cheesy bean burritos and 2 soft tacos with a side of sour cream. 3 different times I had to drive through /wait in their super long line, at the end of it all I still didn't receive 2 soft tacos, I was able to finally manage to get one but they still f-ed up the 3rd time. I asked to be comped the second order i was charged which was about 6 bucks (and they Gave me w burritos again) but they ignored me and handed my bag with a soft taco and cinnamon twists I was at my witts end so I just pulled off. Unless the manager gets ahold of me and comps me in some way I will never come back and make sure that everyone knows how ridiculous this place is ran. I just can't even believe it , had it been a giant order with a bunch of add ons I would understand Iv we worked food service but this was completely unacceptable. If the manager reads this please reply for my phone number or email I would like to speak with you personally because your employees are not doing their job, not even close to it. What a joke

This is the absolute worst Taco Bell location. Any time I've used Doordash to order or to pick up a Doordash order they never have it, they are always experiencing difficulties and the lady Shelia who works the counter I'd an absolute nightmare to deal with, she's rude, unhelpful, snotty and clearly hates her job and life!!! I'd stay away from this loction!!!

I get into the drive through line, wait my turn, getting blocked in by people behind me as usual. Get to the speaker and they say cash only. No sign at the drive through. So I get to sit in line for nothing. Same as multiple people in line with me because 75% of people don't carry cash any more. No effort to go out and put up a sign either even after I mentioned they should have one.
