Ordered a burger, chicken burger, fries, and nuggets for delivery tonight and did not even receive either burger so I drove to the establishment in which they were quick to remake and give me the two burgers. However, upon returning home, there was a very large, dead bug IN my sandwich. I am disgusted.

Their restaurant is very clean, including the kitchen. They were busy with online orders, but the one lady didn't even try to be friendly when she was spoken to. The cashier was on his first day and I think he did a good job. Good food, just lacking a little friendliness today.

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was awful. The baked potato was NOT fresh. It tasted bitter. There was a long hair in it. I am bald btw. Oh! And they didn't give me a utensil. The salt and pepper packs were stained like something had been spilled on them. It was disgusting. Such a dreadful experience.

7 mins between order taking and they should've layered the baconater fries, not globbed on top with one spoonful of cheese and bacon bits... I've never been disappointed by this Wendy's until that day... Not sure why they had such a long pause between customers or why those fries were not worth the price 🤷

Tastes terrible. Service is good but food is just depressing. Chili tastes like the meat was cooked yesterday. Not likely coming back unless there's no other choices, sorry.

Waitress at the drive-thru got my custom drink order wrong, manager took a look at the order then tried to hand off the wrong drink to me anyway, prolly didn't realize but my roommate sure would have, had to re-ask to have it made again & got a lil snippet of attitude but it's whatever. I'll go back again.

The burger was over cooked. You don't need to cook all the juices out. Bacon may as well not even been there, no flavor and crispy.
