Good management, the food is decent but when they served me a two bite Mac n cheese for 7$ I had to ask for a refund.
The manager apologized and gave me a prompt refund.
The sandwiches are good, but I wouldn't stray to far if you're not prepared to be disappointed.
Overall okay experience, wish I didn't have to ask for a refund, but at least they handled it okay.

Disappointed. For the 3rd time in a row the soup was barely warm. Why? Today I was there, possibly for the last time. I had the chicken n wild rice soup. Absolutely excellent flavor, absolutely not heated adequately.. My friend had the tomato soup with the same experience. Good soup, bad temperature. The last 2 times I had cold French onion soup. Unacceptable.

Panera is a good place to sit and eat some good food. A little pricey, but I think worth it. Try the new pizzas! It's worth it for the crust alone. I really liked the eclectic selection of low or no sugar fountain drinks also (we don't need all that sugar anyways).

We ordered the Napa Almond Chicken Salad sandwich and soup. The sandwich was thick bread, lettuce, tomato slices, and about a tablespoon of chicken salad on each half. The quality in this store has gone way down. More expensive, AND much smaller portions to boot. My husband talked to someone there about the sandwich quality, and their only comment was, oh sorry, you should have brought it back and we would have re-made it for you. Also, this is a BREAD store, but we were informed that they were out of bread as a side, and croutons for the soup. This store is poorly managed. We have given it several passes, but we are done!

Went to the location on 164th and placed my order for two sandwiches to go. When I got home, the label on each sandwich was correct to my order, but when my wife opened the wrapper on the turkey, avocado, blt, it was some type of chicken salad that she didn't like. It's disappointing that the staff cannot pay attention to detail and get a simple order right.

"Iced" coffee served warm, or steaming hot every day, all day. I cannot wrap my head around why they serve what is supposed to be cold coffee in a hot dispenser next to the hot drinks. I work in the complex and several of us would be coming for coffee instead of their sugared drinks... but warm "iced" coffee is weird. Too bad.

Panera has always been a reliable restaurant for some good bread, pastries, and soups. They have a solid menu and it's always fun to try some new things, though some are better than others. I like coming back to their soups and enjoy every single one, especially the autumn squash or the chicken noodle. I've never had a problem with service, either. They're always friendly and I never have to wait ridiculously long, they're usually quick. I do think that they're quite expensive for what they serve, but otherwise, I don't have any complaints. Would definitely come back!

I went 3/25/18 in the afternoon and ordered two large coffee take out containers, 18 bagels, and cream cheese to pick up the next morning for a business meeting. The next morning I went to pick up my order at 9:00 AM, the manager told me that she just sold her last two large coffee take out containers, is out of cream cheese, and only have the bagels ready for me. I asked her "since I came in person yesterday afternoon and placed the order" she should not have sold her last coffee carriers to someone else, or at least since her store open at 6:00 AM she had 3 hours to remedy the problem by getting what she was short of from a different store, or at least call me. She simply stared blank at me, then said how about you go pick it up from a different store! Now I had to call, place a new order then drive all the way to a different store, at Jantzen beach and pick up my order. SE Vancouver location manager reasoning was "Its the fault of the person who took the order from you". Unfortunately this manager demonstrated absolutely no ownership to the problem, no leadership to her team, and simply threw the kid who took my order the day before under the bus. This is sad, because we hire kids to teach them responsibility, but first we need to train them, and support them. Not just throw the blame at them, to save ourselves from ridiculous and simple challenges like these. I am very disappointed, especially that the food quality is diving nose down, and now this. What a shame.
UPDATE: My sandwich in the picture below. The yellow thing is supposed to be scrambled eggs.
