I walked up to the counter and waited for a long period of time while the 2 employees made a order for another customer. I was fine with that although they didn't greet me as I walked up. What really made me angry is that when they were done a lady walked up and they just started helping her even though I had been waiting there for over 5 mins. I was completely ignored. It was the worst customer service I have experienced in a while.

Love these, but holy crud! I ordered what they were sampling out and they charged me nearly $9 for a medium!! Medium is $6.15 plus tax but they added $2 without giving us a bigger cup. Think I'll pass next time. Not worth $9!!!

I ordered the "Great combo", which is a Chili dog and a Classic Orange Julius. The Orange Julius was kinda warm, the chili dog was kinda cold , the chili on the dog was old.
This is not their best effort, or even a mediocre effort. I was disappointed. Definitely not the Orange Julius I have fond memories of from my youth. Is it a franchise issue or a corporate buisness model issue?

stood in front of the store for about 15-20 minutes with a line building behind us with no employees in sight. I even tried calling the store multiple times and no one answered. It’s 11:30am on a Thursday. Horrible service.

Large Orange Julius, how can you mess that up?? First one had no flavor. After one drink I went back up and they graciously made a new one. Second one was just orange juice with some ice chunks. I won't waste my money there anymore.

Get jamba juice or any other smoothie company in the world. If you get a "boost" or add protein they never make it fit all in your cup. Rather than give you the extra to enjoy they prefer spilling it down the drain. Every other place gives you the over run.
