Round Table Pizza

Another great pizza made by Riki and her team thanks for slaying it. I wish google would let you make multiple great reviews because Riki and her team at Roundtable Pizza Millplain deserve the kudos...well done guy's... New owners took over Roundtable Pizza Hiring a New Manager who is Amazing Her name is Riki, She's super nice & actually cares about what the customer wants & thinks, she goes the extra mile to make the perfect pizza, Riki remembers not only your experience but your order, she put our order in the system, ask us our for our feed back & was genuine with her concerns. Riki advised the new owners wants the customers to enjoy their experience & appreciate service they're given. they listen to our requests for changes and made our pizzas perfect! THANK YOU Riki we appreciate you

6/30/22 @ 9:30pm I just wanna say the 2 female employees who were working at the time deserve a raise! They both looked so exhausted and miserable from working so so HARD on making orders on time. They made mine late but I completely understood how they felt after a long long day of hard work! Thank you ladies for the great service and delicious pizza!❤👍

I ordered a lunch special and looked at the pizza and twists before leaving. I saw these twists (pictured) and asked the employee who served them to me if they are supposed to be that dark. He said they were using a new butter so they would be a little more brown. I got back to work and took my first bite and they were tough and you can taste the burnt edges. Luckily the pizza looked alright.

I'd give zero stars if I could. I deliver for DoorDash and this location regularly messes up orders. I'm very patient when it comes to stuff like this, because mistakes happen and humans are flawed, but nearly every time I have picked up from here there is at LEAST one missing item. Last time this happened, the woman working insisted that she gave me everything in the order. She clearly didn't, and I even showed her my phone which had the entire order on the DoorDash app, yet she kept insisting. I had to deliver the order with missing items and explain to the customer what happened so they could get a refund. And most recently, they just...forgot to make the only pizza on the order, then told me to deliver the half of the order that they did make. How does a literal pizza place forget to make the ONLY pizza in the order? Do better.

I generally like Round Table Pizza, but I didn't have the best experience with this particular restaurant. Even after I called my order in, it wasn't exactly ready by the time I entered the building, despite it being over 10 minutes like they had said. They said it just had to be cut, but it took a couple more minutes of waiting. Sadly, while the ingredients on my pizza were of high quality, the pizza didn't seem to be very well-made. There wasn't much of the garlic sauce, and it was a bit overcooked as the chicken toppings and crusts were kind of hard.

Worst experience. This round table location has always been plagued with issues. I placed my order online via Roundtablepizza.com. Was told my order would arrive around 7:50 pm. Order was delivered, however delivery driver did not knock on the door, nor ring the bell. So our pizza sat in the cold and rain for who knows how long. There were also items missing from my order. Come to find out… Round table is now using door dash drivers instead of regular delivery drivers. I was never notified door dash would be delivering my meal. This should be disclosed to customers before ordering. Also, the drivers should let you know your pizza was delivered. Won’t be ordering from here again.

This is the first time I’ve been disappointed in Round Table. It’s our family tradition to get pizza for my late dad’s birthday. I ordered this pizza online to be picked up at 6:30pm. I got there a little late at 6:48pm and I was told that the pizza was still in the oven. I was fine with it because at least my pizza was going to be hot even though I was late. At 7pm, my pizza was ready and I drove home. I felt the box and it wasn’t very hot, but still I had high hopes. I got home, opened the boxes to serve my family and I was sooo disappointed. My pizza was undercooked with not a lot of toppings and the breadsticks were inedible (seriously hard as a rock), with no flavor, or maybe the garlic had been cooked off... I’m not sure, but it was basically $7 overcooked pizza crust. Growing up my Dad would order pizza from Round Table every payday. It was something we looked forward to every other week. Pizza night! After tonight though, I could of gotten better quality pizza from Little Caesars for a fraction of the price. I wasn’t bothered by the wait time, I know things are stressful under our current situation and everything being closed, but the quality of this meal was terrible. I’m sad and thinking of starting a new tradition. 😕
