Very sad. Came to dine in and it's clear they don't want you here. Place is a mess, feels like an industrial assembly line. You only order by kiosk. My order was missing the drink and napkins. Sad state we've come to.
I remember working side by side with Tom with Pacific Bells where there was pride and devotion.

Food was horrible and made wrong. The whole crew seemed to be high on meth and confused. The lobby was filthy,not one table was clean. They had a bucket of bleach water and rag for customers to wipe down their own table. Food was also cold. It took 20 minutes for "fast food" I had to ask several time for my drink they forgot. The lady started to fill one cup then sat it behind the counter and went on to do something else. I had the same problem as I did with my drinks when I needed a fork. I asked she said sure then walked away...never got it. Several people were constantly touching their face with gloves on. Do not recommend this Taco Bell location!

Excellent service and food every time I’ve come here. Numerous times I’ve had to drive all the way out to this Taco Bell because the one on 164th & Tech Center is either closed in the middle of the day or you find out too late it’s cash-only. By contrast, this store is always open during their published hours, they are fast, they are friendly, and the food is good.

This has to be the dirtiest and most unprofessional Taco Bell ever! The food was made horribly and it took us almost 30 min for our food, Two burritos a nachos and 1 box. The workers in the back spend more time laughing and joking around with each other then working. I saw a women from the drive through come in because her crunchwrap was made wrong and it took them over 15 min to remake it for her and no apology either. I go to Taco Bell two times a day for my autistic son but unfortunately our usual one was closed. People it's not worth it don't come here

When it comes to a Taco Bell, it's really all about the freshness of the food. You can tell if the food has been sitting around for a while. My order always tastes fresh from this location. Staff are always friendly and helpful, too.

Wow, a Taco Bell that is actually open past midnight??
Several others in the Portland/Vancouver area that I have been to lately after midnight, are closed when I get there even though they advertise they are 24/7. Kudos to this one in that at least pays their employees enough to care to stay open longer than many others....

I’ve lived next to this TB my entire life and have always preferred it over others near by because it’s always been pretty good service considering how busy this location always is.
I’m not sure if they just hired a bunch of new people or something but MAN it’s taken a complete 180°
Last time I put a mobile order in via the app and was completely ignored when I went inside to pick up my order. I had to wait in the obnoxious drive thru line to have them even acknowledge me which completely defeats the purpose of the mobile ordering.
Always check your bag because they always manage to leave out something from your order I stg -.-

Went drive thru the other day and waited over 40 min. Crazy, I know, but I really wanted a Mexican pizza. The Mexican pizza was fine but the tacos on the other hand were horrible. It was just the shell with a little bit of meat in it. Nothing else. They also forgot the sauces. Won't be coming back to this one.
