Really nice staff here. I'm giving low stars because their is no reason why they shouldn't have AC in here. It'd 92 degrees today and it was scolding hot inside and the ice cream was melting in the tube. And the poor staff!!!

I went here and ordered a cappuccino drink and got a watered down blended ice drink. Honestly, this company is putting only a little flavor in it. I I tasted like water. Very sad for paying almost $7 for a medium drink. Poor service too! Don’t go here they will rip you off!!

Typical Baskin-Robbins. Good ice cream that's consistent. However, they have issues with their freezers or don't have the temperature low enough. The ice cream begins to melt before before they even pass through the cone. By the time you get it to your car it's running down your hand. Management should do something about this

Of course the ice cream is delicious and the staff were kind. The counters, the windows looking into the ice, cream the floors, and the counters in the ice cream fridge were gross. It looked liked the place had not been cleaned in a few days. It was so filthy everywhere. Ice cream dripping into the freezers, sprinkles all over the counters and in crevices, on the floors etc. sorry but just super unclean
