Flyboy Brewing

I was in shortly after opening. I was the only one so the cook was super laid back about customizing my quesadilla. The bar tender and cook were both super nice and interactive. The quesadilla with chicken is crispy chicken which I'd never had before but I like it. I also got a marion berry cider (because I'm not a beer drinker). Cider options are important to me. Only two but diverse and yummy. Over 20 beers, wine, and mimosas also available. Apparently they're still working on licensing for hard liquor. They're not dirt cheap but they're still reasonable. All in all, I'll be back.

We had a horrible time the food was over cooked and tasted like garbage they gave us 25% off wooooooo we only ate a small piece of tri tip we were going to ask them to box it up for the homeless but i dont think they would have eaten that. Trying to figure out what beer to get is a mess they may want to try visiting other places to see how a food business is ran.... i really didnt want to give them the 1 star review but 0 stars is not an option

Good Points: Beer selection very diverse. The samples I tried were very tasty and flavorful! The Brewers are right on point. The food is very eye pleasing (did not eat) but it was nicely presented. Bad Points: Customer Service IS SO SO BAD! The server (later to find out the owner) that greeted me appeared to preoccupied with her cell phone and other issues. She was rude, uninviting and unprofessional. The owner was speaking to another customer at the bar about her troubles using profanity and speaking so that everyone in the bar could hear. Stating her husband was going to kick someone's A__ __! Very Very unprofessional to say the least. Will not go back!!!

To be honest, I was very unimpressed with this establishment. The service was disappointing, beer selection was ok. It puzzles me that the beer seemed slightly flat. The server was short and to the point did not seem every educated about beer. She also was fixing her hair by the door of the kitchen. The food was eye pleasing but lacked in flavor. No smoky flavor at all. Tasted as if it was left in a steam table for days!
