I was on my way to the movies for a father daughter day and my daughter wanted Wendy’s. Employees were friendly and I feel like that is something new for me to talk about in reviews. It seems like lately customer service has just been so horrible everywhere I go.
I tried the spicy honey chicken sandwich and it was pretty good, not the best in the world but decent flavors going on. I also liked that it has crispy fried pickles. My daughter just had a bacon cheeseburger with no complaints.

Well my girlfriends dad died and it was 11pm and all I wanted to do is order burgers. It was a long line so I didn't make it to the window until 11:57pm. All they wanted to do is go home early for no reason. Ericka the manager said she'd give me a chicken sandwich because that is worth a human life to her. No thanks. I would rather not eat.

So lately it seems they have been very very poor on listening to their costumers. I have an allergy(fairly allergic) to dairy. I asked several times no cheese and they still put it on an this is not the first time it’s been happening a lot lately. And I’m very patient so I’m pretty fed up! Step it up you guys!

I ordered a size medium combo. I asked for no salt on my fries. I got a size small after waiting 10 minutes and the cup holding the fries looked like it was dipped in salt, after being dipped in oil. I went a second time, asking for no salt, and I got VERY salty fries. So disrespectful as a paying customer. Not returning to this location.

I placed an order online and went to pick it up inside there was a whole bunch of people waiting to pick up their order they just placed and a nice employee stopped to help me be able to get through the crowd to grab my food that was made and waiting to be picked up on the counter.

I did a mobile app order and while it told me that it went through it somehow didnt. Went thru the drive thru and they said they couldn't find my order. Ending up coming inside and the manager gave me a new order. I am not sure what happened but this manager went above and beyond. I really appreciate that!!!!

I used to work at wendy's when I was a teenager back in the 80s. It's certainly not as good as it was back then. They just don't seem to care about the quality as much as they used to. Seems to be a trend with all the big chains. The employees are great- still mostly teenagers. It's the corporation that doesn't care anymore.
