Overall one of the best taco bell locations. Very nice staff. Waited about 10 minutes to order and then another 10 minutes to get my food. You can tell that they are very short staffed which I am understanding of. They always make my food to order which I am thankful for.

Very unfriendly staff. We were given 1 mild sauce. Waited for awhile before she opened the window. Asked for more. She gave us a few more. We thanked her, and she ignored us. Left and realized we weren't given any napkins. Ugh

Never have i had my items been so messed up, I should have checked before leaving for work. Half my order was replaced with nacho cheese sauce, I wont be going to this location again. Also available phone number on Google is a fax machine

Any time my boyfriend and I want to come and grab food, they wait 30-40 minutes to come and tell you that they are not going to serve us. Not to mention they are closing the store at 7:30-8pm isn’t the whole point of Taco Bell being open 24/7. The staff at this location have racially refused service to my boyfriend as well. All of these things have happened on multiple occasions. Tonight my boyfriend felt pushed away when all the cars in front of him got served and he was sent away and refused service.This is not ok by any means. Fix your service, we will not be coming back.

I think I have just found my new favorite Taco Bell. It iss Tuesday night and the crew working this night was outstanding just like the food.I had a terrible experience earlier at the Hazel Dell Vancouver Taco Bell. But the Taco Bell at Vancouver plaza off Thurston Lane brought me to ease with fine customer service well prepared food and satisfactory speed.

*DASHERS BEWARE* Doors are locked randomly which makes the drive thru a nightmare. It's also completely closed with signs baracading the drive thru whenever they please and while workers are inside pretending customers don't exist. Honestly this is the worst Taco Bell location in town. As of right now at 6pm on Saturday, I've been stuck in the drive thru for 20+ minutes

Had a really bad Baja Blast and Nachos craving, so that pretty much meant that I HAD to go to Taco Bell. I was a little nervous, trying to judge which one near me had the better reviews since most people were not too kind to either, but despite a line that was quite a few cars deep, a moderate wait and a chaotic-seeming incident with a pedestrian walking up in the middle of the car line to talk to the workers at the window, my order was 100% correct, still fresh after my 10 minute drive home, and a perfect pick-me-up after work.

I ordered at the kiosk thinking that it would be faster than going through the drive-thru lane and ended up waiting for almost half an hour for two burritos and a quesadilla and they only started my order after I went up to the counter and asked where it was and there was multiple people waiting and one guy demanded a refund.
