Food is always good. Service is usually good. They stopped accepting Subway coupons. Locals receive Subway coupons in their mail. Therefore, they have to find a different Subway to use them at. Paid over $50 dollars to feed 5 people. I can go somewhere else and pay $30 to $40 dollars. Other restaurants will accept their franchises coupons. If Van Wert's Subways would accept their franchises' coupons, I would eat there a lot more often. What does that mean? A lot more money in their pocket. 😉

Me and my boyfriend came here after work to grab some dinner grabbed 2 of the new protein bowls. Boyfriend ordered the teriyaki bowl I ordered the chicken bacon bowl. Clearly it isn't and I can't eat this because of allergens. I'm too exhausted to go back after working a 13 hour shift. So I won't be having dinner tonight and won't be back to this location.

Ordered a chicken teriyaki sub with NO sweet onion sauce. Didn’t even give me teriyaki chicken, just regular chicken and also added sweet onion sauce.

Food was great and fresh. Service was fast and friendly. The reason for only 4 stars is because me and another gentleman at a different table were swatting at a fly that was bothering us the entire time we were trying to eat.

This subway has rediculously downgraded used to be get what you pay for along with great service from the employees now Everytime I go there either you don't get what you ask for or get more than you ask for 6th sub and counting I've received Jalapeno's after the fact of them repeating what I ask for I'm not going to be coming back if this place can't make a change!!!
