Arby's

Once again I was less than enthusiastic about the food. The fries were not hot and neither was the beef and cheddar. The bun was actually cold like they had just taken it out of the fridge. Second time in a row I was disappointed here. I'm thinking they have some internal issues that need to be addressed. Perhaps then it would be good to come back and try them again. P.S. they didn't have fish sandwiches anymore. Sad, I loved their fish. Maybe if they bring them back I'll come back. Till then I think I'm done. Sorry I couldn't give you a glowing review.

Went thru drive thru. Order taken pleasantly and timely. Pulled to pickup window. Took a long time to get food which we figured was because of order (fish sandwich and chicken sandwich). Finally got food after 5 to 6 minute wait. Food was cold. Chicken in sandwich barely covered half the bun. Very disappointed. Staff was fine...food was not.

Horrible! Slow service! Rude servers! Forgot our chicken tenders and while I waited for those I ate the curly fries and found hair in the fries. The server that brought the chicken to our truck was extremely rude when I told her there was hair in the fries. Said she believed me but said there wasn’t anyone with long hair! Excuse me…the hair was short not long!

Went there today for lunch. It was close to 1pm and there wasn't a big crowd or lines, so that indicated that they weren't rushed. I ordered a fish sandwhich and beef n cheese. I had a seven hour drive ahead of me so I took it to go. Very DISAPPOUNTED IN FOOD QUALITY . Not sure if this is standard but unhappy. This is what I was given.
