This is our family’s second trip to Sunflower Cafe. We invited another family to join us and wanted to send them off on their last day in Florida with great sushi! Sunflower didn’t disappoint! Our group included 4 adults , 1 teen, and 4 children. Everybody enjoyed their bento box meal but I had a poke bowl called “Rainbow Bowl” and a small sushi roll of yellowtail. It was delicious, service was great, and bathroom was clean!

I think this is now my favorite sushi joint in Tampa.
We did not try anything else so I can't speak to that but the sushi is phenomenal. We went back a few days later to try more and it was equally amazing. I literally can't wait to try more sushi and other food there.

Sunflower cafe is a simple sushi joint with a few other Asian dishes on the menu. It is Japanese owned and it shows. The attention to detail and variety in the sushi dinners is fabulous. Quality is good and the rice done right.
On my recent visit, Savannah was our server and offered excellent service.

Love this place! Best sushi in this area at a very reasonable price. It’s a small restaurant so be prepared to wait during busy times.

This has been a local favorite for our family for many years. Great sushi, not only in quality and taste but presentation - even with take out orders! The other menu options are good as well - our kids love their kids meals. Service is always wonderful, no matter how busy they are.

Excellent sushi restaurant off Bloomingdale and Lithia Pinecrest. Excellent selection of nogri and sashimi. Also many rolls to choose from. The sashimi was very fresh and was nicely presented. The service was very friendly.

So good! This was my second visit and this time I brought my picky husband and children. They loved it too!
We all got the bento boxes. Love them! Basically hibachi in a box. With the soup, salad and even yum yum sauce and spring rolls. All for only $11 each.
I was able to get mine vegan. Their tofu is even fabulous.
My family all agrees, we will definitely be back!
