Cracker Barrel

You can never go wrong with the food here. The service may be iffy at times but the food always makes it better. My favorite go to is the breakfast sampler. You get just enough of all the good stuff. There biscuits are awesome, the gravy is full of flavor, grits are cooked to perfection and the hash brown casserole is well the best on the menu. Love the shop as well they always have great finds and the staff there is always friendly and helpful.

Cracker Barrel is the exact same as it was years ago. Still had the store, the boardgames outside and that southern feel. My food was good, just small portions. However, my partner's food came out cold and had a few issues that we let go because of how busy it was there. Lastly, due to the foot traffic and how close the tables are, there wasn't much personal space and it was very loud. Overall, a decent and affordable place to eat with the family.

I wish I could give 10 stars! Kevin was our waiter and he was beyond amazing. His spirit, caring attitude, and hospitality were that of a 5 star restaurant. He not only served us, but he gave us an incredible Cracker Barrel experience. He truly embodies the values of the CB brand. This was my family’s favorite visit to the chain thus far and we have been coming to various CBs for years. Cheers to Kevin!

The situation as a whole is a bit outdated. But their food has been good throughout the years and so has the service. The chicken is really crispy and juicy. The dumplins are tasty. And the cornbread and biscuits are always warm and filling. Even the meatloaf and potpie are really good. I definitely recommend it if you like simple southern food. That being said, sometimes the crowd is a bit... outdated too. But I guess people who think it's still the early 1900s need a place to eat in public too. (Even if most of them stare at you for having facial hair or long hair and use slurs to refer to everyone)
