Sam’s exceeded my expectations. The NY strip steak was delicious. The mac and cheese was amazing. Saaiq was very friendly. I had heard about this place from a friend and was hoping to go soon. I am glad I did. I work in the area and I will be back.

Went by chance, best choice I’ve made recently. Must try the Shrimp Chowder- omg it’s so good. Steak cooked to perfection. My new go to place! Been to all the overhyped places, this jewel ranks right up there in quality if not better.. Hidden treasures found in Valley Stream!

Great spot. The loaded nachos were tasty, and the ribeye steak with mashed potatoes was absolutely delicious. The place has a relaxed vibe, and the staff is friendly and attentive, Server Sami especially. If you're in the mood for a good meal, go.

Sam’s Steak & Grill is a Zabihah Halal Steakhouse. Their food is delicious and very flavorful, never disappoints! Their menu includes burgers, nachos, wings and so much more. The restaurant has a nice comfy atmosphere with relatively quick service. But if you’re wondering the price of this steak ... brace yourself because it cost $130! You need to call beforehand to order it as it’s isn’t readily available and is a custom order meal.

I would leave 10 stars if I could! I had the rib eye steak medium rare. It was just melting in my mouth. Sooo good. Plus it's Halal! I cannot find halal steak anywhere in Boston. I wish I could come here everyday. Please go and try if you're a steak fan. Absolute perfection.

Really one of the best food experience in LI neighbourhood! And if you’re looking for Halal steak place, this one comes top. Service should be better if they can increase some more staffs in busy hours.

This place NEVER disappoints. THE FOOD IS SO AMAZING. The staff is so nice and helpful, and the prices are really reasonable for what you get. I think if you are a meat lover you would like that place. Recommending only the full ribs. I truly recommend this place it's a must try, and you'll be hooked.

If you are looking for a halal steak house around Long Island then it’s a well recommended place. I wanted a medium rare rib eye steak with fries on the side. The meat was perfectly cooked and well seasoned and had a pretty good amount of marbling. They provided a good portion of fries for a person. Steak price was reasonable as well.
Took their short ribs but the meat did not taste that good to me.
Also ordered passion fruit mojito as a drink. It was good but it could have been a bit better. Giving it a 4 star because of the ribs but the overall experience was pretty good.
