Recently had dinner there with my daughter and her friends for her 13th Birthday. We really enjoy everything!! The Food was delicious and the most important thing was the service.
Tyara was above excellent!! She was patient, kind and her personality was beautiful. We appreciate her and hope she's acknowledge for her hard work. Having a great server really makes the dinning experience delightful 😊

The food is okay but best part of my experience was the service. I believe our servers name was TyAra and she was absolutely phenomenal. I’m surprised she doesn’t work at an upscale nyc restaurant because her service matches just that. Very attentive, friendly and super knowledgeable.

This was my first visit at H&R and I was not disappointed 😋😋😋

I mainly wanted to write this review because of our server TY…. She was the sweetest and most knowledgeable person there. She knew the menu backwards and forwards. She was very personable. She was very attentive. She was courteous. We were blow away by her service. I pray she succeeds in all the does in life. People like her you say extra prayers for. Oh yea, the food was amazing. It came out hot and fresh and delicious. It was a Monday and the place was not crowded at all. Also, I did not write this review for the free dessert they promise. I actually don’t even want the dessert. I just want good service acknowledged. Too many times folks put all the bad experiences and never the good experiences.

Came to Hook & Reel during a Thursday. They had deals that I'll probably take advantage of next time. Their Mini Boils was a perfect fit for me because I get full easily. Service was quick and accommodating.

Our waitress Ty was the absolute best! She handled the tables seamlessly. She was extremely polite and professional! Each time she came to the table she apologized for interrupting. I've never had a waitress or waiter be so courteous! I previously only did delivery. Now I only want to come when she is here now. Excellent all around.
