I've been going here since school days. I'm pretty sure it's new owners... Of course the prices have gone up over the years like everything else. But the customer service is still great. I usually go here when i'm on the run.. I need a quick bite for breakfast. I usually get the whole week everything bagel flat with scalian cream cheese. And of course a chocolate croissant. Everything is fresh in the morning and well off into early afternoon. Very clean. And there's a wide variety of everything you want for breakfast. Definitely a great spot for a quick bagel breakfast. The entire staff is friendly.

What happened to my bagel shop. Came here this morning for my Sunday bagels, I asked for them all sliced and the kid behind the counter says it cost extra to slice. I never had to pay a fee to have my bagel sliced. I always put a tip in the tip jar for doing me the courtesy of slicing my bagels. With that being said, been coming here for over 27 years I will not be returning ever again.
After speaking with the owner and stating my issue I had with one of the employees she was empathetic and made sure to speak with this individual. I will still be a good customer and just not let this individual assist me again. The rest of the staff is hard working and nice. Also they have awesome bagels. Glad they added garlic bagels to the choices.

Decided to take the 15 min drive to check out what a acquaintance of mine said was her favorite bagel shop. I have a good bagel shop near my home but made the trek anyway. What really stands out about this place is the varied home made cream cheese. Anything from bacon scallion to cranberry orange flavors. The bagel were good and they had many varieties. If your a cream cheese lover then this place is worth checking out. I’ll be back!

This used to be my stable bagel shop on Valley Stream. The bagels are still good but I don't like to walk in and see flies. The staff is always friendly and aim to get your order filled in a timely manner.

Good bagels. Lose one star for charging extra for using a card instead of cash. And as a business owner, I can tell you that they charge more than the credit card clearance company charges them.

Amazing bagel spot! They have a large variety of cream cheese selection and bagels. They have the thinner side of bagels as well, perfection. The 2 ladies working were very helpful, patient, nice and welcoming. I'm sure to be back and recommend to friends and family.

Magic bagel has throughout the years provided fresh ingredients and great products. It was family owned and operated at one point in time. However it appears to have changed ownership. I love the new look. Time will tell if they keep the standards and quality valley steam have enjoyed and appreciated throughout the years.

Staff is always pleasent and the bagels are always freshly baked and amazing
While their bagels are a good size they are not do big that you end up over eating like some other bagel places. They are always busy because they are so popular. One of my favorite places to go to. Oh by the way their coffee is wonderful. They freshly grind the beans before brewing.
