One of the worst Jack in the Box's in Vallejo, and that's saying something. Just got a buttery hack and they didn't put the lettuce or tomato on it. They also didn't give me a receipt. I always regret getting food from this place.

Went thru the drive thru at 0505 this morning. Handwriting sign on speaker said "on break till 5:15". Guy came on the speaker and told me "we on break. Come back in 15". Well done.
No stars would be a better rating.

The bread on my breakfast sandwich was burnt. It left a bad after taste. Yet the food was cold? And the burrito my fiancé got, was bad to. The tortilla was cold and crumbling apart. We paid almost 20 dollars for this. And the cashiers couldn’t understand us when we were ordering?

This location in general isn't the best, I prefer the other one that is farther from my house. They're always out of ranch and don't carry the salsa either.

Came at 10 and there was a handwritten sign on the drive thru speaker saying they’re already closed even though the hours are listed as open until 1. There were 2 employees inside doing nothing
