Mcdonald's

I stopped by for breakfast since I had just finished working in the area and I was starving. They took my order but when I came up to the first window and paid I realized I had forgotten to order coffee. I asked her if it was too late to order it. She said no and I paid and went to the next window for my food. One person gave me my food and another asked me to pull up and they would bring my coffee to me. I waited and waited and saw at least 5 plus cars get their order and leave. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO MAKE COFFEE!!! THEY COULD HAVE BREWED A WHOLE NEW POT OF COFFEE IN ALL THUS TIME! So I'm thinking they had forgotten about me. My foods already cold and I'm getting upset. I backed up so I was in line with the window so I could get their attention and give them a quick remind. She did not acknowledge my presence. A few more cars go by and I'm thinking well the only way to get their attention would be to drive through again. When I got back to the window they gave me a quick sorry and handed it to me. It tasted really bad. I thought they were known for good coffee. I just wasted my money! I WON'T BE BACK!

I just came from this McDonald's on my way to work to Napa from Vallejo and I ordered a medium hot chocolate and 2 apple pies, I got my drink but the woman that was at the window forgot or didn't know how to put a simple lid on the cup and as she gave it to me it spilled all over my new car spilling on the steering wheel, my driver's side door and my middle console and my seat and almost made me have an accident where I pressed the gas as the hot chocolate spilled and I had to back up to the window and the woman was laughing and I almost told her to please get a me another one but I left instead mad, she thinks it was funny,now my car is all sticky. This was at 12:30AM on April 25, 2022
