Pacifica Pizza

I love Pacifica pizza- when it's good, its so good. But tonight, I received an undercooked pizza and cheesebread. I knew I shouldn't have taken the pizza when I saw the cook leaned over hitting his vape pen for all customers to see. He definitely is complacent and doesn't care at all to create quality food. I'll be sticking to the Benicia location from here on out.

I should've listened to the tell tale signs not to order as soon as I walked the building. The coworkers all looked hella sketchy like they all came from El Sobrante (local joke), but in all honesty the customer service wasn't there. I asked specifically if they had garlic bread and one of the cooks replied we have one, it's not even remotely close they gave me a small cheese pizza that wasn't even cooked all the way, the dough was squishy and the cheese was white as paper!!

Ordered pizza to go over the phone, got to the store and paid right away then waited outside in my car. After waiting 40 minutes (was told 20-25 minutes) I went back into the store to check on it. I was then told (very rudely) it would take 5 more minutes and that they’d bring it out when it was done. The pizza was brought out to my car 10 minutes later and was burnt! The crust was inedible around the edges. Will never go back again. Poor customer service and poor quality food.
