Scotty's is the Best place around. Excellent food and GREAT customer service. Theresa Brasher is the best waitress around and the owner is the Best. The service is great!! Has the whole diner feel. The waitresses know what they're doing and the food is always consistent. highly recommend

Love Scotty's! Go here for Sunday breakfast/brunch. Their donuts are soft and sweet! Always order some before my actually meal. This is a vallejo favorite. Very clean and welcoming spot. They offer generous portions and for fair rates. I liked the food very much and the staff were super amiable and explanatory. I recommend this place.
