Scotty's is the Best place around. Excellent food and GREAT customer service. Theresa Brasher is the best waitress around and the owner is the Best. The service is great!! Has the whole diner feel. The waitresses know what they're doing and the food is always consistent. highly recommend

Great spot to hang with friends and talk. Like it a lot. Established eatery for lunch and breakfast. Friendly staff and excellent chance to eat and meet your neighbors. Got to love it.

Love Scotty's! Go here for Sunday breakfast/brunch. Their donuts are soft and sweet! Always order some before my actually meal. This is a vallejo favorite. My go to order is a Scotty's #2, it has: bell peppers, ham, bacon, onions, mushrooms, and cheese. It's soooo yummy. The service is great!! Has the whole diner feel.

Very clean and welcoming spot. They offer generous portions and for fair rates. I liked the food very much and the staff were super amiable and explanatory. I recommend this place.
