This was my 2nd time stopping at this place while in Valdosta. And the ladies were amazing. I was surprised that she brought out our food. ( Only wish the Fitzgerald, Ga place would do this too. For the elderly and parents with small children.) The only mistake she made was giving my granddaughter yogurt instead of apples. She applogizied and got them for her. Our food was fresh and hot. I have no complaints, just want to say that I will be stopping by again when I am in town. Thanks to this crew for a job well done. Keep up the fantastic work !!

Only a 5 because Aahley was so AMAZING . however....when I asked for extra ketchup and mustard on my double quarter pounder..I wasn't asking that my buns were saturated with it amd unable to frkn pick the burger up. It's NOT funny n DEFINITELY NOT cute to do when I work 12hr days to get food for my family and I to have this be done to me. Not pleased what SO EVER. LAST TIME I GOT SOMEONE ELSE ORDER...TIME B4 THAT HAIR IN BURGER....GET IT TOGETHER!! TAKE POINTERS FROM ASHLEY ON HOW TO TREAT THE CONSUMER. THIS IS SO UPSETTING. NEVER AGAIN!!

By far one of the most enjoyable McDonald's I have ever been too. They always make my order correct here, serve me in a timely manner, and are polite. It's a fast food restaurant off the interstate so some mess on the floor that isn't immediately cleaned up doesn't affect the atmosphere. The have little things on the table to help brighten it up. I normally don't like my table cluttered but this time it was cute and looked nice against the modern decor and design. The drinks from the fountain machine didn't seemed chilled at all though and would require ice.
