My daughters fettucine was taken and eaten by someone else and she requested that I buy her some more. I explained the situation to the manager and asked for a kids fettuccini to go but just the entre, not the whole meal. When the manager gave it to me she said "no charge". I explained that the reason my childs food was taken was NOT the restaurants fault and asked if I could pay for it. The manager said she understood but not to worry about it because she couldn't separate the fettuccini out from the rest of the meal so I'd be paying for another drink and etc. So, she said don't worry about it. I thought that was very good service. Kudos Fazolis I Valdosta, Ga.!!!

Every trip that "somehow" goes through Valdosta (...even if we drive a FEW minutes out of the way), we have to stop. We love this place! Just hoping that they are open tomorrow. Hurricane Irma has this place all messed up!

Seriously good food for a low price. The ones near me have closed so this was a rare treat! As always, their bread sticks brought back the best memories and taste so much better than Olive Garden.

This was a pretty decent restaurant. I would however would not recommend any of the dishes with chicken because they are not good at all. Does not even taste like chicken. The Spaghetti, pizza, and bread however were great. Would recommend

I love coming here since they remodeled! The bread sticks are really fresh. I also loved our host/server. She didn't even bat an eye at how many bread sticks my family ate. Very clean environment.

The Baked Ziti, Meatball Sub, and bread sticks are all insanely delicious. This is incredible food for the price and the speed it's served is truly remarkable. Since there isn't one in Atlanta, Fazoli's is an absolute must-stop any time we drive by one on our way south. Easily among the best fast food places out there. Don't miss it!

My husband loves Fazoli's, but we don't really have a location close to us. While traveling recently, we stopped at this location in Valdosta and we really enjoyed our visit. Food was really good for fast-food Italian, restaurant was very clean and the service was exceptional.

This Fazoli's is 1-1/2 hr drive from my FL but worth the drive. This time I had baked spaghetti and a fabulous White Peach drink. And Chocolate Cheesecake. Always a great place with great food. And a fun road trip with my little dog in his car seat. Great employees, great service, great prices, fabulous food. Yummy.
