Raley's

If I could give 0 stars this place would get a million 0 stars. The employees are terrible at their job, refuse to help, they make fun of the disabled, they will literally walk away from you so they don’t have to help you. You’re better off eating dirt then buying products from here. I found a herd of insects in the bell peppers & when I notified an employee, their response : “what do you want me to do about” I just left because WHAT!? Please do yourself a favor & go anywhere but here!

I have been doing ecart at this store since the start of COVID. It is the most wonderful service. Better yet, the people handling all of the ecart orders are above and beyond exceptional. They do their best to ensure that I have the most satisfying experience EVERY time. I was concerned this morning because I wanted to special order my dad a birthday cake for tomorrow. I had a very specialized order that I needed to get in, but didn’t want to go inside the store. I was corresponding with the ecart representative, Nesh. Nesh told me that she would personally go to the bakery to see if they could take care of my order. She was able to order my very specialized cake, and the bakery would have it finished the same day! When my order was brought out to my car, she had included a “happy birthday”mylar balloon. That was so extra and appreciated. (It is honestly no surprise coming from this Raley’s staff). I drive across town to use ecart, and will continue to do so, even after this pandemic is over, because this crew is simply the best.

I've been to much nicer Raleys. The only reason I frequent it is because of the close proximity to my home. Otherwise I would go to Winco or Walmart of all places. The mask enforcement here is a JOKE, and finding things in this store is pretty difficult. I use the Raleys app to find items I don't know the location of and this Raleys has their own system, nothing is where it says it will be online or in the app. Other than that it's it's pretty standard Raleys stuff.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY! The people who work there (specifically Lisa and the Pharmacist) are extremely rude. I have never been treated so poorly by any other business. Transferring a prescription is like pulling teeth. I moved and it took 5 phone calls to finally transfer all of my medication. They don't communicate to other pharmacies about their guidelines when transferring meds. After complaining about the horrible customer service and giant headache they have caused me, the Lead pharmacist calls me sounding annoyed and condescending. I will never be going back to this location again.

🙂 💘 I like this store, staff members are very friendly 😀 and courteous,knowledgeable. The produce is fresh and very good selection of 🍖 🥓 🥩 meats. One staff member helped me find 😀 fruit juice and salad 🥗 dressing. Also while at the counter to purchase items that were in my shopping cart 🛒 a staff member asked me how I was doing today. Basically started a very nice conversation. 🙂 At the end of conversation I was told to have a very nice day. And we will be very pleased 😀 to see you again. 🙂 I really like that, because it made me feel like a very important person 😌. I recommend this store for quality and very knowledgeable staff members. Also very happy 😊 that Raley's is part 😀 of Vacaville community. 🙂 Keep up the very good 👍 work.
