Round Table Pizza

Very unfortunate experience from a consumer point of view. Not to be egotistical but I run a few franchise retail stores and know what to expect from a reputable company and this recent experience is far from acceptable. Not only did I have to call after 30 min past delivery time to acquire an update to my order but they informed me the Door Dash employee had yet to arrive. Total wait time was 2 hours. Pizza was just warm enough to not microwave and one of the orders was not made correctly. For the listed price and up front gratuity it does not meet the quality nor standards as one would hope.

I don't normally leave reviews but the service was so bad I had to put this out there that this isn't the pizza place you wanna visit. If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. My boyfriend and I ordered our pizza at 5 o'clock and didn't get it till 6pm! The employees here were to busy talking and joking around in the back! We saw our pizza get put up behind the counter at around 5:30 and nobody called our name for another 30!! It wasn't even that busy when we got there!! My boyfriend went up to get the pizza and the lady behind the counter didn't even apologize for taking so long!!! Nobody was calling out the orders as they piled up in the back!!! Never again will I go to this round table!! Worst service ever!
