Our first visit was today. After living 4 years in Germany, I can tell you that this is as close to a German bakery that I have found in the U.S. We enjoyed the pumpkin seed roll sandwich as well as another sandwich with fresh whole wheat bread. We finished with a couple of Latte's and an almond twist (almost exactly like Germany!) and a piece of cherry cheesecake. Will we return? Heck yeah! This made the list of family favorites, and we will be back soon!

I just had my first Caprese sandwich from Pure Grain and I have to say it may be the best sandwich I've ever put in my mouth! Very fresh and delicious. My new favorite.

Great German food, pastry, sandwiches and coffee. Good ambiance inside and out. Busy at lunchtime. Also some German canned foods for puchase. They are open for business, outdoor eating. Oktoberfest meal of bratwurst and Sauerkraut is available til the end of September.

This cafe is awesome. Plenty of seating inside as it is huge. Coffee is great and reasonable priced. Has quite an array of food as well. Nice sized parking lot area around back.

Had an excellent lunch here! The cafe was busy on a friday during lunch but not crowded, and the workers seemed to know several customers by name which was nice to see. Most of the customers in front of me purchased whole loaves of bread with their order and I was temtped to do the same. I ended up getting a vanilla caramel latte that was excellent, and I also tried a chocolate covered cake with raspberry filling. The cake was very delicious and the filling was pleasant and added a nice light flavor. The star for me however was the tuna melt, it was a generously sized sandwich made with fresh baked bread and I was surprised by several rather large chunks of apple in the tuna that I was not expecting but it actually added a nice touch. Overall very satisfied and I definitely plan on coming back. It's located right next to the library which is convenient since there were lots of free parking spots available.

What is not to love about this place? Their sandwiches are great, especially being able to create your own. They have so many options you could come here for lunch every day for a week and not get bored with what you have. Beyond lunch this is a great little bakery with pastries and baked goods. Pair them with a good latte for a casual morning or afternoon snack. The casual atmosphere and outdoor seating makes sense this place ideal to catch up with friends or co-workers or just pull out the laptop and do some work.

Nice local place to get delicious pastries and yummy breakfast sandwiches! Love coming here for breakfast. Food is always good, and service is great. The coffee is good too! Employees are friendly! Will be coming back often!
