Sonic Drive-in

Recently, our orders have been taking longer and have been slightly messed up on our visits. However, today we were served with a messed up order and some missing items. After requesting for help, we were told we would not be served anything as we had already received what we ordered. The car hop described this as an order from the boss. Mistakes are understandable, but when the company tries to deny any fault directly to us, that is when I can't agree with it.

(This pertains to the sonic in Delrio,tx on veterans rd.)Do not order slushies when they are busy. They will hurry and make your slush, put it to the side and keep it there melting until finally the server realizes that the slush you ordered didn't come with anything else and finally take it out to you all melted liquid no slush. And then if you complain, they'll tell you that the machine has been "acting up" so the slushies haven't been coming out right. BULLSHXT! IF I ONLY ORDER A SLUSH BRING IT OUT TO ME PRIORITY!!!

Fast service friendly service. Pro tips: Sometimes they forget napkins, straws, ketchup and other sauces, so check before you drive away. Also, make sure to pay with your card, or exact change. They often are short on change. Also they DO NOT accept Apple Pay. Other than that everyone is always nice and friendly!

I disappointed in my visit to this particular sonic. I normally order with the app and something simple while traveling. Normally quick to pick up, minimal problems. When I arrived not only was my order ignored and not ready, I had to remind them multiple times about my order. It was not busy and 2 other people got their orders before me. I'll try again next time to see if it's any better.
