Ordered 3 cheeseburgers, LG fry, 2 sodas and a large iced coffee. Waited 10 minutes for the sodas and basically one was thrown across the counter at me
, waited 20 more minutes for the food and still no ice coffee. Cashier was busy answering phone taking orders , handing out checks and covering it all as the other manager went in back. Then was told they had no iced coffee. Horrible 40 minutes to get food and drinks. No one seemed to be happy working there.

Terrible service, employees move so slow it's frustrating. You can literally stand behind the counter and watch them walk back and forth and accomplish nothing. As an ex McDonald's employees it's frustrating because you know firsthand how terrible these people are.

My experience at the Mohawk St. Stire in Utica NY was horrible. Ordered 2 of the new Crispy Chicken Sandwiches. Had to wait for the sandwiches about 15 min. When we got home and opened the sandwiches they were overcooked and dry on half burned rolls with only 2 pickles on each. No mayo, lettuce or anything. Nothing like how they picture it. Would never order again.

I had to give one star in order to post. Terrible. Would you eat this? Lettuce looks like it came from the garbage. Bun was as hard as a hockey puck. Chicken must have been sitting for hours, dry and inedible. Wow. Where is management?

Have not ate fast food in ages and this is a perfect example why. On the way to the range my son and I figure stop at 11am for breakfast. 1st apparently breakfast is over before 11am and they were rude about it. Thought a.m. still morning time. Then we get our food and she hands it out the window and not even a hello or a thank you and just walks away! Nasty rude service! This is why it's better to support family owned restaurants. They care and are polite!
