Kfc

We've repeatedly had issues with this KFC. First was an in person order. I watched a worker drop food on the floor. She scooped it up in her gloved hands....then attempted to start our order with the SAME GLOVES ON!! I had to say something. I've ordered online twice where I've ordered two buckets of chicken only to get there and be given one. Tonight I reluctantly ordered again.....and was once again shorted the amount of chicken I paid for. This place is the absolute worst and manager is awful.

I worked at kfc for roughly a month, and all I can say is wow. This is by far the most unprofessional job I have ever been at. When I went in for my interview Michele (GM) informed me there was drama in the store and she was working to get it out. Within my first week I had already witnessed so much drama on her behalf. She is extremely rude to all of her costumers and her staff (other than her favorites.) I tried to work out my issues with her and had a conversations with her which led to me having a panic attack so I asked for a minute to breathe, which she replied with “no, you’re not doing that.” The management is an actually joke and I truthfully hope they do what’s best and get her out of this store.

Absolute horrible workplace! If you want to a job where the managers don’t appreciate or respect their staff then this is the place for you. Michele (GM) is extremely rude and has favoritism towards multiple employees, her employees are in and out faster than you could even imagine. If this place ever wants to have hope of keeping a good staff then I pray they figure out they need to get rid off her.

Michelle taking orders at the window is rude. I ordered an 8 Piece fill up. And she rudely tried to correct me about what I was ordering. I simply took her word for it. And asked for a large extra gravy (which I did not get). Also got a weird combo of chicken. At least the kid that I paid at the window was polite and pleasant.

Went through the drive thru and ordered a 5 piece Nashville hot chicken strip meal and a sandwich. It cost more than $16. I was not given the strips, and didn't realize until I got home. I live 20 min away. I called and told them of their mistake. They took my name and said I would get something extra when I came back. I had to go back because it was my daughter's food. When I got there, not only did they not give me something extra, they tried to charge me again. Then they just handed me the strips in a container. Didn't even put them in a bag so they wouldn't get cold. This is y I never eat here!
