The food was really good, made when ordered and fresh. The salad I got was one of their specialty salads that was well balanced and not overly dressed. The burger was also one of their specialty burgers, which tasted good. My one negative comment would be while it did seem to keep the inside sanitized, at least two workers were wiping down surfaces, they could have worked to keep it cleaner. With limited people in the restaurant, the staff could have sweeped the floor and cleaned off used tables of food and napkins and other trash.

Very nice selection of salads & burgers but that’s about all they have here to eat. A nice lunch place but not really so much for dinner personally. Tons of toppings and add ons for salads.

I tried Hello Bistro for the first time. I ordered build your own salad and the girl who was doing my salad was absolutely miserable and rude! She had no name tag on so I can’t give her name. She was irritated at all the toppings I wanted in my salad. I am the customer and I think that I should get what I paid for. I think the restaurant was dirty and the employees looked sloppy. The music is so loud you can’t hear yourself think! That was my first and last visit to Hello Bistro!. Horrible customer service.

Stopped by Hello Bistro for a solo lunch today. I had the "salad your way". There is a plethora of toppings! Huge portions! Super friendly staff. However, the seating arrangement is less than desired. The outside seating is horrible with 3 tables packed into a small area. Inside, it is so loud that you can hardly hear yourself think.
