Small Carl's Jr located inside a gas station. Service was fine. Everything was OK nothing extraordinary. There was more sitting then I thought there be. It could be cleaner but nothing awful.
Prices are very expensive 1 adult meal reg size 1 kids meal reg price came to almost $30 if a real restaurant was in the area opened we would have went there these fast food prices cost more than a regular restaurant with fresh meal choices considering this is all frozen food.food wasn't satisfying at all kid was still hungry best bet us to choice a real restaurant than fast food.3 stars because it took so long considering i was the only car there the cashier barely knew english couldn't understand her the food was stopped together
Best experience I've had so far. The cashier "Selena" was absolutely amazing and helpful. I will never go to McDonald's again just because of her customer service. Excellent employee who was very patient and precise with my order. Thanks for the wonderful experience!!!
We find this to be a great pit stop to have lunch when we are traveling through. The food was fresh and quick and that's about as much as you can ask for! The place was clean.
Convenient location for a Carl's Jr., but nothing else really notable about the location or food.
I love this place. I've been a customer since their opening and have never had a bad experience, extremely rare in fast food. My 9 year old Autistic son loves their new honey hot sauce. I asked to purchase 20 packs for my boy. I was so impressed that they didn't seem put out and were very friendly with my strange request. Great customer service that deserves the recognition.
I purchased a chicken combo, With a drink, the fries were warm.
Fast service. Accurate order. Pleasantly surprised their pricing was cheaper than Ukiah's Carl's Jr.
Got to the window and paid.. Asked for a cup of iced water, and the lady said she would have to charge for it. I figured 25-50 cents, right?
"$3.42," she says.
😶
And though the fries were too salty for my taste..and the water too expensive, I give it to them: their burgers were good, prices, though higher than most, were less than others, best part was finding their Sprite to be PERFECT!!
(Turned my 3 star review into a 4!)
Again... ive worked fast food, Upper Lakes Carl's is SO much better than Clear Lakes. Just feels managed better. Bought the A1 burger from CL & it was just bad, no thickburgers, out apparently... but barely any A1 sauce, was put together sloppily, the burger wasn't very hot... was NOT a happy camper. So took a chance, tried ULs, and they were so much more professional, the burger was made correctly to my customization, it was hot & delicious.
Nowadays, it's not worth going to much places. Jack's & Mickey Ds burgers are not only small in size, but are expensive for their size. McDs 1/4 lbs are near 6 bucks, same with Jack's, at least with Carl's, for an extra $1 give or take, you get a decent sized 1/3lb thickburger. Well worth the 30+ min drive
Picked up a frapp white mocha large that did job.👍🙃
