Had Buffalo wings and the biggest French fries I've ever had. Everything tasted well, just wished the wings were spicy. It was very relaxed and quiet when I dined here. 4 stars because of the wings. Would eat here again, I want to try their French toast.

Delicious. And they put chocolate chips for me (I told them they can add the charge if it costs more). Nothing extra added. A kind and thoughtful gesture. Very good local spot.

Manalive!… I have been to late night diners all my life. With my dad as a youth (RIP pops!), in high school after the team bus came back from wins or losses, that much needed meal post bar close in college and beyond, and still today with my peeps across the grand 🇺🇸. Rarely is there something new, astounding, amazing, mind blowing. “A diner? After watching Top Gun: Maverick in IMAX 4D in King of Prussia? A DINER? How anticlimactic, Brother!” Llanerch Diner… accept my humblest apologies! Boom 💥 goes the dynamite 🧨 My gosh, what a damn cool place! From the Fame of being a key set locale in the movie Silver Linings Playbook (a big time fave flick for me, resonating on many levels), to the sweet smiling gal waitresses, to the excellence in prepped diner fare. To start: the menu is extensive beyond all regular diner expectations. Ya got your standards: omelets, pancakes, waffles, burgers (about 9 different variations, if memory serves me well), wings (hot as hades, or mild, on you), soups and chili (real good bargain with a tuna sandwich for $7.95!). Then there’s items you don’t usually find at the greasy spoon (which, this tip-top place definitely is not!). Grape leaves? Seafood? The list was almost perplexing. A world of cuisine in that back kitchen. How does that magic get pulled off?! Mesmerizing. And delicious! For sure, you cannot read here how enjoyable my meal with my Havertown peeps was and understand fully the inherent social blessings. Absolutely not. Just take this — if you are passing through the area, this is a “must try” for your bucket list. You… and a guest, significant other, kids… all will be served well. At a cost not much above the riffraff fast food options normally chosen. Me? My time in Philly area again soon? This diner will be seating me for sure! 🙏✝️🤠

The waitress was over her whole job/night, clearly. The Buffalo chicken wings were nasty, I ate one chicken the fries were soggy, the fried shrimp is probably the best menu item. I wouldn’t recommend eating here unless you’re drunk and won’t remember.

The food and service were great! I was very impressed with the young women who took our order. I don't know her name. We had four different orders with some special requests...she didn't have to write them down...she remembered every detail and she got everything exactly right! This was Monday, 2/7/22 @ 9:30pm. She was very cordial to us and all of the customers who arrived after us.

This establishment has been and is one of the most impactful places of my life thus far. The environment has a way of bringing friends together and it is a truly beautiful thing. The waitresses, especially Kim and Grace, and the two best waitresses I have ever encountered. The food is also outstanding and is a great value. God Bless the Laranrch diner and God bless America.

Nice little diner. Service was fast, friendly, and excellent. The largest menu food options I have ever seen. Food was very good. Could use a bit more advertising outside. Meaning, the place doesn't stand out and say...come eat here. More of a place you come across by accident. But it was the place where Silver Linings Playbook was filmed and just so happened we picked the exact table! ;)

The food and atmosphere are equally awesome! I love the family vibe here. I used to go here as a kid years ago. My husband and I recently started coming for breakfast again. So far so good. 5 stars!!!
