We were in the area and stopped in to get our pizza hut fix (since there aren't any in out Buffalo, NY area). The manager, Mike was AWESOME! We told him where were from and he bought our pizza! Great customer service and the food was amazing too! Definitely recommend if you are in the area! Restaurant was very clean and employees were excellent. Go Bills! 🤣

Food was decent, but I went on a Monday night. A lot of young workers there which isn't the issue. The behavior of some workers was very poor at the time I was in there. I called 3x before driving to the location to order my food. Once I arrived I see workers goofing off and not being attentive of who was in the building. Just some things to be mindful of. Easily could have been a 4 or 5 star review.

Pizza was awful the little bit of cheese they did put on the pizza they burned. The bread sticks was the only thing I was pleased with.

I have been to this location 4 times since they reopened. I have to say each time i went Jerome was always very helpful. My first visit was right when they reopened and there were alot of issues/kinks that the store still needed to figure out. Jerome's Customer Service is top notch.. Feels like he's been working for Pizza hut for years. Will definitely continue to visit this location frequently all because of Jerome's great service. He is friendly with his greetings patient with the customers, quick with his service and extremely knowledgeable. Cudos to him. Please make sure he knows he is appreciated.

The pizza isn't the same nor the bread sticks. Really went down in quality. I use to love pizza hut. Now just nasty food. Crust isn't good anymore. Bread sticks are just okay and that's only because of the sauce.

this location deserves 0 stars. Placed an online order at 830 pm on a saturday. Food NEVER arrived. Tried contacting the store before closing but nobody answered. Had to go through the the support system but doesn’t seem like a refund is happening. Save your time and money and don’t come here

we made a late order right before closing and they still took our order. the food was good quality. they could have been friendlier but they werent exactly mean. They were so-so. However, it may be because we made an order right before closing.

I ordered a big dinner box (extra 2 cheese pizzas) with boneless wings and cheese sticks as well as a alfredo pasta with cheese sticks. Both cheese sticks looked like old breadsticks were used and cheese thrown on. The wings were not tossed with sauce, it was drizzled on top and didn’t coat the wings at all. The pasta was dry as hell! There was so much sauce on the pizza that you could tell it clearly wasn’t extra cheese. For as much money as I spent, I won’t be returning. Such a shame because there are no other pizza huts in the area.
