We just had dinner here last night. About 1 month after the renovations were complete. It was absolutely delicious!! I had the clams casino- great seasoning Also had the seafood raviolis- mouth watering!! At the table the family ordered the roasted peppers with fresh sharp provolone, veal Oscar, veal Celeste. Everything was absolutely delicious and cooked perfectly! When they say lump crab meat they mean it! The tarimasu was the best I have ever had! The ambiance is one of family, conversation and warmth created by the wonderful owners. A fantastic experience altogether! Highly recommend!!

Good nook restaurant! Has history to this county! Good prices on great home cook traditional foods for people who want a private quiet place from all the noise from the outside world. Good for all types of gatherings! Family reunions! Weddings! Awesome place! Very very classy! Classiest place in Upper Darby, Pennsylvania!

Relatively small (20 tables ?), personalized service. The atmosphere of everyone talking and enjoying themselves hits you right away and envelopes your meal, making it seem like a dinner party with friends in your own home. Go for the specials. Salads are crisp and tomatoes delicious ! You need a reservation.

The absolute best in Delco for homemade Italian specialties!!!!! You will be very pleased with everything, from bringing your own wine to the tremendously flavorful, an wonderfully filling dishes that are offered here. Remember...every dish is made to order, but while you wait, there is delicious seeded bread brought to the table for you to enjoy along with any appetizers... the general atmosphere of comfort in here is a lost art in this cooperate dining age an chain run. You will tell all your friends.... Eat, be merry.....

The best thing you can know about a restaurant is when you mention that you have dined there, everyone knows and loves the place. I was there for a Friday night Bday celebration and we all had a great time! The food was tasty and the service timely and attentive to every guest. Will definitely be back when in the area.

Bona Cucina, Upper Darby is by far the best Italian BYOB in the Delco / Chesco areas. Finally got back there a few weeks ago with my wife to catch up with Bona Cucina's awesome dinner - and it was once again a consistently incredible meal, at an incredible price point. We started off with mussels app / with white, garlic sauce - and right into our meals. I had my favorite, Veal Oscar (which Pat, the chef owner nails it every time) - and my wife had the homemade lasagna / which is beyond awesome. Topping it off with my son's gift to his mom for mother's day (high end bottle of red) - and we were golden. We head there for dinner whenever we get a chance, and I highly recommend it to all. Looking forward to the next trip there - hopefully in the next week or two!!
