Chipotle

Unfortunately this is not the first time we have had a bad experience with this chipotle. A few months ago we ordered 9 meals and 7 of the 9 were wrong. They told us that in one of our future orders we could get 7 meals free because they order was so wrong. They gave us the managers name as well as told us that it would be written in the book so the next time we wanted to use the credit, we would be able to with no problems. We have ordered several times since then, but only decided to use our credit recently. Upon arriving to the store, we were told that they would not honor our credit because the manager that promised this to us no longer worked at the store. (Just because a staff member no longer works at your store, that does not mean that you should go back on your word to make up for an error that you made). They then proceeded to tell us that they could give us one free order. Eventually, they honored most of the orders, but were not kind about it and several of the orders were still wrong. Never had the best experience with this particular location.

Such a waste of money. The portion size they give you isn't worth the amount of money you pay (especially when ordering online). This is about the second or third time I received a bowl with half a portion, and at this point I might just stop coming here. I normally go to the Chipotle in the Olentangy Plaza, but this one is closer to me and more convenient when I'm getting off work. At least the Bethel location gives you your money's worth.

Consistently underwhelming portion sizes, even when ordering “double” protein/rice. Don’t waste your money on double protein if you’re ordering ahead as they definitely prioritize prep speed over portion size. Attached image is double chicken, extra rice, extra fajita veggies and is barely over half of a normal bowl.

It's not often I get a mad craving for chipotle, but when I do this location always reminds me why I don't go. Especially after their management switch I'll probably tough it out at the campus location instead. I think the new manager's name was Maria? Heard her talking to her employees like they were dogs as if I couldn't hear her. Felt so bad for anyone who decided to go back into the workforce after covid and got stuck with her. Food was alright tho.

This location has since changed their store for the better it seems like, all employees and management were very polite and very careful towards my food allergies, I used to avoid this location but with the new staff and I believe general manager this location is one of the best ones, food was great other than fajitas but that’s fine! Definitely recommend.
