Food and service! Solid food and they help with deciding what goes well with whatever you're ordering when you ask them! Service is solid! Dining in! Area is spacious with a good amount of tables and what not. It isn't cluttered what so ever and easy to relax in. Windows all around to have some views outside and relax!

I've been to plenty of upscale quick serve restaurants, Brassica is by far the best. To start with this place is super clean, the staff is constantly cleaning which is definitely welcome in this day and age. You have your choice of sandwich or salad, I had the sandwich which comes in a wonderful fresh made pita. The sandwich is loaded with options two types of hummus, numerous veggies all unique and full of flavor, and choice of protein. The proteins include chicken, Brisket, Bacon (holy smokes is this good) , and falafel. You can get sauce on it as well but don't you don't need it. All the flavors seem to blend the chicken marries with the bacon to create a magical creation. My wife got the salad and it looked just as good. This restaurant is not only unique but delicious I really can't come up with a negative. Go!!!

Interesting food for a different palette. I always tried everything weird and different and wasn't the biggest fan, but once I played it 'safe' and got chicken and things I was used to, it was really good! If you're looking for a cool atmosphere and different Indian food, the workers at the bar are so helpful with telling you what things taste like to help you assemble an awesome meal. (Fries and drinks are a must!)
