We decided to visit Snow Factory yesterday (10/24) as a family. We had never been to the establishment. The gentleman who was working was extremely patient with us and our kids as we tried to figure things out, and our kids loved watching him make their ice cream! It was entertaining to watch and even better to eat! Simple ingredients, just what you ask to put in it! We were happily surprised when my husband received his ice cream. He had asked for cookie dough and brownie as toppings. We were thinking crumbles and instead were given a whole brownie and a scoop of edible cookie dough! The guy even ran us down when we left because my hubs left his phone. Wonderful place. Well worth the money!

I stopped in here after having lunch around the corner. It's a fun ice cream shop with a twist on how they prepare it. They pour out the ice cream in a thin layer on a frozen table and then use scrappers to create a roll of ice cream. I had the NOCTURNE - This sweet and tangy vanilla ice cream is blended with luscious organic blackberries, raspberries, and blueberries that will tempt any palate. I topped it with mango, blueberries and strawberries. It was flavorful and delicious. Like with any hand made ice cream it will cost you about $8 for a cup.

Really enjoyed this ice cream place. Not your typical scoop place. They make everything in front of you and roll it up into a cup. There’s only 1 size and about 30 different options to choose from and then you can pick 3 toppings of your choice. Watching them make it is super fun and interesting. See my pics and videos to see.

An excellent place to get rolled ice cream in St. Louis!! It’s always fun to watch them chop up & mix your toppings to make freshly rolled ice cream! I got the key lime rolled ice cream! You can mix & match topping & create your own concoctions!

Love this place! The rolled ice cream is unique and I loved the options of flavors and toppings. I got the coffee ice cream with chocolate chips and it was top notch. A little pricey but it's neat watching them make your own rolled ice cream right before your eyes. They serving sizes are pretty good too I though. I will be back for sure! It's a good date night location :)

Rolled ice cream! So the place is really cool, you can “share your story” on a post-it and put it anywhere you want (there are thousands on the walls and everywhere). Now the ice cream, obviously is really cool looking see them prepare your order, I got the Matcha one, it was good (I liked it), not amazing tho I’d have appreciated a bit more on condensed milk on my order. You can add up to 3 toppings to your order. There are a lot of tasty looking combinations. Definitely going back to try something else.

Ice cream is good and beautifully displayed, but don't believe the pictures on the large menu board. Read the small menu board to understand what you are really getting. My son thought he was getting Mango flavor, but really got green tea flavor. Yuck. We had to pay to get a new one. Everyone else really enjoyed thier choices. My pineapple ice cream topped with shaved coconut, pretzels and fire torched marshmallows (seen below) was really good!!

I am a huge ice cream fan and always looking for a good ice cream shop. This one is number two on my list so far! First time trying it and I'll definitely be going back. There are so many flavors and toppings to choose from. I went with the Summer Escape and it's a nice refreshing creamy ice cream, but not sweet at all, which is good for my taste. I would really recommend this location it's conveniently located in the Loop and really warm and inviting. I love the sticky notes everywhere!

Finally tried this place. It was really great, we're so glad we went there for a special occasion. Check the pictures in the store for sweetness levels, and pick your three toppings. Watch them make the snow rolls. Big portions, tasty unusual flavors and toppings. It's a bit on the expensive side for us though.
