Dunkin'

On my way to work and stopped to get breakfast. My sandwich was charred black in some spots and doughy, they also gave me the wrong doughnut and the coffee did not taste right. I used a gift card a friend got me and I am very disappointed I tired to call to talk to the manager because I did not have time to go back and the phone number for the store was disconnected through Verizon. Not trying to be a Karen but I am super bummed! ☹️

Construction on the highway makes it more convenient to visit the Massillon Road Dunkin, but I’ll go out of my way from now on to visit my typical 224/Canton Road store. I ordered two iced coffees today and neither were great. Both had too much ice and weren’t filled to the top. The cream/sugar ratios weren’t what I asked for in either. And both had grounds at the bottom. The coffees were drinkable, but especially with this location’s higher prices and nearness to many businesses/workplaces, I’d expect the order to be perfect.

June 30th 2021 around 11:15 a.m., I ordered 50 box of munchkins and a strawberry coconut refresher. She said they can't give me 50 munchkins bc they don't have enough. This is a Donut shop correct? It wasn't 11 p.m., it was only 11 a.m... there should be plenty of donuts. So I said ok give me 25 of a variety. She then tells me they don't have any refreshers. Kinda disappointed, but I can get over it. What really got me upset to rate you 2 stars (almost wanted to rate 1 bc this location has the rudest team in the area, but I didn't) was when I got half way home I opened the box and all I see is cinnamon! So I drove to the 224/ Canton Rd location who not only is cheaper, but has the best crew! Always pleased with them. Dunkin in N Canton is great too. Mngmt.... please train your employees like the other locations in the area!

I used to be a regular (3 or 4 times a week) now I go maybe once every 2 weeks just to see if things have changed. This morning I ordered a large hot coffee and a donut. I waited 9 minutes at the window being the only car there this is crazy. Got my coffee and it was ice cold! Went back through and the girl seemed to not be surprised when I told her it was cold. So disappointed. I didn't have time to wait for more to be brewed and didn't get my money back. I work in customer service and get places are understaffed but there are usually 3 of them when I go at 5am. Now I know remember why I stopped going to this location. Always long waits even if there's no one else there and always messed up orders.
