Service was good, my server was very friendly and helpful! I didn’t care for the steam buns they were cold, which made them a little tougher. The ramen noodles and broth were VERY flavorful. I just hated that everything was sooooo soggy (shrimp and chicken) before I could eat it. The ice cream was ok, I liked it.

Visited twice so far. First visit was great! Special of the month is mushroom ramen, and it was delicious. We also ordered sweet potato sushi and tofu steam bun. All was very tasty. Second visit was not as good as the first time: sweet potato in sweet potato roll was hard and crunchy! Ordered miso ramen second visit and it was average. Props tho, for using fresh noodles made by Ohio City Pasta. Staff is friendly enough, and quick.

Service was great (the waiter we had was one of the best waiters I have had in a while), and the atmosphere was cool and funky and nice. The Raman was on par for the area, lacking some flavor profiles. that I was expecting. The Kimchi was the highlight of my Raman bowl, which was sort of disappointing, because I was expecting more from the two day broth. It was good, but there was some room for improvement in some areas.

Very authentic ramen as well as some fun variations. The pigs ears were glorious too. I can’t wait to come back and try the steamed buns because they looked amazing, but we were so full from the appetiser and bowls of delicious ramen there was no room left to keep eating. I might come back tomorrow night lol.

Such great food. Great service. Shout out to Kourtney our lovely waitress. She is so great. She even recommended Basil. That is a part of the chain. 😍 Hope to try it soon.

This place was expensive for just a bowl of not so-good quality ramen. The ramen that I ordered contain dried and wet seaweeds (which made the soup super salty) and mushrooms that have a weird taste. The noodles was not so authentic as I thought it would be. It’s probably cooked from a package ramen noodles instead of them making their own ramen noodles from scratch. I hated the fact the broth tasted very spicy and salty at the time. It’s like they dump a whole spoonful of hot chili oil into the soup. Not a good combination with the tonkastu at all. The half-boiled eggs are the only thing I like about their ramen. Other than that, everything was terrible. Won’t recommend dining here. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Great place in a tucked away location. Went this past night with a couple friends, and it went great. Servers were friendly, food was of good quality, and the portion sizes were right for their asking price. You either build your own bowl or order one of the specials, as well as order different appetizers. I think my main complaint would be that it took a while to get our food, but it was also pretty busy when we went. If you have any interest in Asian Cusine, definitely give this place a shot. It's about as close to authentic as you're going to get in the area.

3 tables were sat when we arrived for dinner on a Wednesday evening. No wait and were sat immediately. Friendly host. After bring seated, 2 other tables were sat in the next 10 minutes. Anyone who has worked in this industry knows that you need to at least greet a table in a timely manner. The other 2 tables that were sat had been greeted, and then watered and beverage orders taken. We were not in the back corner, or seated in an inconspicuous location for was we think were 2 servers handling 8 seated tables. After over a 15 minute wait, we simply got up and left. Everything starts and ends with customer service. There was none to be found. Edit...... Finally went back and after sub par service for lunch had the food which was great. However only 2 of in there for lunch and still took 12minutrs to be greeted and over 30 for food. Lack of management? Lack or caring? Something is just missing.
