Sonic Drive-in

Sat in the drive in parking place for 10 minutes AFTER pushing the button to order. There were no other cars that had gone through the drive thru and only one other car that had their order already when we arrived. A couple minutes after pushing the order button for a second time(thinking maybe it wasnt working) when another customer pulled in beside us, someone loudly came on the speaker and said, "what do you want?". I ordered the 2 drinks. They said "k. It'll be o.." and cut off before they finished the word "out". The lack of courteousness was astounding. Several minutes later our 2 drinks came out ..and they were disappointing to say the least. Tasted and looked like way less flavoring/fruit was added compared to every other Sonic I've been to. Slushes that have always been red, were a pale orange/pink.

First timer, & I never want to any other fast food place WOW! Lime slushy was great. Red, white, blue was fantastic & made with real strawberries on top, so good. All American hot dog combo w/tots - fantastic! Double patty with cheese & bacon not a grease burger at all - so delicious. Will return every chance I get.

My very first time eating at Sonic Drive-In! Wow was I surprised at how big the burgers are and they are delicious! A little messy to eat, but definitely the best burger I've eaten from any fast food place. The pretzel twists are really good and so are the fries, although I prefer waffle cut fries normally. My son had the roast beef and cheese. The roast beef tasted like a home cooked roast, great flavor! At first glance at the menu and prices, I thought it was a little pricey, but not after I saw how big the sandwiches are. I have only one complaint, but won't let it affect my rating it 5 stars. A few employees were wearing their masks under their noses. Either wear a mask right or don't wear one at all. I might not visit again as quickly as I would like simply because of the way some employees were wearing their masks, but I will be a frequent customer in the future when the Covid madness dies down.

Food was okay, I don’t usually judge slow service as I have been in the food industry most of my life and I understand. BUT.. when I got to the order speaker I was told 5 minutes later to pull forward to the window to order. I then sat there and ordered my food at the window, I pulled forward a bit to look in the window because The girl took my card and walked away from the window. When I did I saw a blonde girl VAPING in the back where our food was being prepared. Not cool at all. Definitely will not be returning to this sonic location.

WORST customer service ever. Went to lane 6 and no one ever acknowledged that I was there and ready to order. Sat there for 15 minutes went through the drive through and sat there for another 5 minutes before someone even acknowledged that I was there. If it wasn't for good food I would rate this place a 1 star. Will not be going back to this location.
