Ihop

I get that they are busy on Mothers day, but we were given dirty mugs, no Silverware, forgot my drink, and gave several people in our party wrong items- including stale toast. I found a hair on my crepe and my husband's omlete was sub par. The restrooms were extremely dirty and there was toilet paper/ paper towels littering the floor. Also, apparently they were "out of shakers" so we were given condiment bowls full of unpacked salt and pepper that we had to stick our fingers in to use. I hope it was unused when we recieved it...?!?

The staff are sweet and friendly here. But I was surprised by the super slow service. We waited around 30 min after ordering, maybe more, before the food came out. It had obviously been sitting under a heater for a while because my pancakes were dried out and my over easy eggs had solid yokes. I like IHOP, but this location is struggling I think. The host even commented on how slow it was when we arrived, so I don't understand the long wait and the bad food. We ate it because we were super hungry and still had a 3 hrs drive ahead of us.

If you eat at IHOP today, May 1, 2022, be aware they have ZERO BUTTER in the store. They're not telling you until your food comes, so you cannot have butter on your toast or pancakes because they ran out. You're also going to wait on silverware even if your food is sitting in front of you because "it's not wrapped". Also, I'm still waiting on my omelet even though my husband's food is sitting in front of him growing colder by the minute. But my server is pleasant, despite it all.

45 minute wait on food and only 8 people in the whole restaurant. 20 minutes for an app. The manager was the one cooking instead of greeting customers. The food sat in the heat window forever till the point my scrambled eggs looked like rubber. The pancakes was suppose to have bananas and waitress didn't say they were out of them. People next to us waited 15 minutes for toast. Being in food service and a sous chef if this would of happened in a restaurant I was running a kitchen that waitress would of been sat down and retrained on the job. Manager refused to even fix anything and didn't even want to come out to speak to us because he was cooking. Let me tell you he must of got manager handed to him because if he worked his way up.cooking then he needs to be retrained. 8 tables and him and the wait staff could not handle it. If your in the Uniontown area and want to eat at ihop today walk away I don't recommend going to the Uniontown area ihop today. Very bad if I could the young waitress with black hair would of been fired and the manager as well. Poor poor service

Warning: If you require use of the handicap stall in the ladies bathroom it is unavailable. (Oct. 2021)(Still broken Dec. 2021) Bathroom dirty and in general disrepair. Clearly a management issue, not a staff one. May rate up when/if fixed. Staff was friendly. Food was good. Our waitress was the best part of our experience.

The server was great! The food was served reasonably soon after ordering and hot. My taste buds are off so I can't truthfully testify to the flavor...not on them...that's on me. Manager was friendly. The ladies bathroom divider between stalls is not attached properly only hanging on by the back wall. You can't lock the doors of the stalls and if you fell against it you could land on the person next to you!
