Went to Dairi-O with my wife when we first moved here. The lunch was fine with no surprises but the prices just didn't seem to match the food. Everything just seemed like something that could be made at home but was at an above average price tag. Overall the experience wasn't bad, the service was great, the food was good but I think it could stand to either lower the price to match the food or improve the dishes to match the price.

Been going to Dari-O for many years, have seen a definite decline in customer service during and since the COVID-19 pandemic. Have also noted significant increases in wait times at the carry out window, to the extent that i have left several times without ordering after waiting quite a while and no one in the restaurant seeming to care or acknowledge my presence. Employees used to greet you when you arrived and thanked you for coming, that's all over now. The food is still great if you can get it served.

Best food in Union! Owners are great people and all staff are friendly. Quick service and your order is almost always right. If not, they will fix it immediately. Nothing bad to say about this restaurant.

This is a great local diner! The hamburgers and milkshakes are the best, but they also have just about anything else you could expect from a classic diner like this. Super friendly staff and the food is made to order, so it'll always be hot and fresh! I definitely recommend giving it a shot if you're passing through (if you live here you already know)!

Don't take this one star as a negative. I've never been and never will. The reason i will never go, is that they're just always to busy. I keep getting asked to do a review because the phone thinks I stop at this business, when in fact I just stop at the stop sign outside of it. Now maybe I'll quit being asked. 🤣

Friendly staff, quick orders, food is always tasty, and the milkshakes and ice cream are always on point.
...Edit - I ate here two weeks ago and ended up with what seemed like food poison later on , I don't know what happened since I usually get my same thing!!

Food was great but the messed up my order.Showed me someone's else ticket and argued it was mine.Her ticket was nothing we ordered.Then they bought us double the food we did order and didn't even notice
