Average Arby’s very tasty, but definitely not the best the macaroni and cheese wasn’t the best. The sandwiches were upto par though.

Went thru the drive thru and no one ever answered. I waited patiently 5-10 min at the box. The person in front and people behind me drove off. While driving around, the drive thru guy was on his phone. I went inside, said hi to the cashier twice and she said nothing. Just looked at me but did take my order. That’s fine, maybe she wasn’t feeling it today. While waiting a guy came around asked me if I’d been helped, that was nice. Maybe the manager. Got the food and went home. Ordered turkey bacon combo and it had no turkey lol. I mean it was still a tasty blt but that’s not what I ordered and paid for. Usually get better service at Arby’s. Only my second time at this particular location. Not sure if I’d go back.

If I could give them a 0 I would. Ordered 2 Beef n’ Cheddar combos got home and there was a squirt of cheese no bigger than a dime on both sandwiches….SECOND TIME IN ONE WEEK! This time I called to report it….no answer. I drove back (15 minutes) went in and asked for the manager. OJ Winder, whose name tag reads Executive Manager, but attitude is worse than the staff he supposedly manages, comes out and I explain this is the second time this week, even show him the food. With a smirk he takes the sandwiches & tells them to make 2 new sandwiches- extra cheese. I explain I don’t want extra cheese just the amount that should be on the sandwich. He ignored me & walked to the back. When they brought me the sandwiches I asked about the fries. The manager and the staff seemed surprised that I didn’t want the cold ones in my bag. Before leaving I asked for his name & the store owner. He scribbled the names on a piece of paper. While sliding it across the counter he laughed and said “Here you go sweetheart” and walked away. I called Keith Fuller, the owner, before I left the parking lot. I left a voicemail asking him to call me regarding the terrible customer service I received at his establishment. Two days later and I’m still waiting on him to call me back. This is my worst experience ever at Arby’s. Food was horrible & the service, management down, was even worse. They get less business than any fast food restaurant in the area. Now I understand why.

They have a sign up saying Dining Room Open and it is not ! I have a large order so going inside was preferred. The guy at the menu failed to speak. He only says “Order when you’re ready” I replied Good Afternoon. I informed him they should let someone know the sign should be Removed. I placed my order for myself and coworkers. With several cars behind me but none in front of me. I get to the window and the mozzarella sticks were not in my bag due to the menu guy not including it when I know I in facet said it. I asked if I could add it at the window and was told no. Now I am back in the drive thru behind MANY cars! As first set of orders get cold in my car! SO DISSAPPOINTED. There are not enough eateries near my job so poor customer service at any establishment in this area just makes it even worst. I will probably NEVER come back. And the second time in the drive thru the guy still does not say Hello. A disgrace.

Very nice and efficient team working today during a little after lunch hour. The guy in the drive thru met us with a smile and so much kindness and professionalism you don’t see anymore. That was my favorite part, and I hope he keeps working and gets promoted if possible. Food came out fast and was awesome! Well run location right now.

I love Arby’s but this is ridiculous that my fries were half full and no they didn’t waste in my bag! I don’t have time on my lunch to go back! There wasn’t a long line so it shouldn’t have been a rush. Your fast food is on the higher side in cost so I expect better. Very disappointed 😡

People were very nice and professional. Went for lunch around 12:30-1pm and I ordered the boneless wings combo and it was not good at all. Fries were not fresh. Wings had too much sauce on them. Didn't eat it!
