Listen I work in customer service so I over understand, however service here is non existent. Order at your own risk from this location!!! The service is terrible. Online ordering charges a $5 fee for carry out. I brought this to the associates attention, they could care less. They didn't know why. Mysteriously after an hour the issue was resolved. Over another hour for the food to be ready. Yes I waited over 2 hours for something that was supposed to take 20 minutes. Yes, I should have left, however I had my two small children with me. The staff did not care about helping me. I understand that issues arise, however this was ridiculous. I haven't been to Pizza Hut in years, and now I won't ever return from this awful experience!!

Of course I ordered during their unusual high peak time.
Waiting for a while. The store was doing their best to keep up with the flow. However the online orders were steady coming in..
The manager was extremely patient with a few of the impatient customers. He did great.

I can’t remember the last time I ate Pizza Hut before I moved to Georgia. This location was pretty good 10/10. I ordered some Honey bbq wings with family box ( I don’t think that’s the official name ) but it came with two medium pizzas, cheesy bread and cinnamon buns. The wings were good I would highly recommend those! :)

My experience at the Pizza Hut on Jonesboro road in Union City was great. I ordered my pizza online and after I completed my order I noticed that I selected the wrong crust for my pizza. I then call the location where my pizza was being delivered from and spoke with the store manager and he helped me select the right crust. Then my order was delivered 20 mins later good and hott.

This pizza hut has poor customer service. I had used the app to order something through the app. I received a message stating that my food was delivered. I opened my door to disappointment. I spent $50 that night for a custom big box. When i called to let them know my order had not been delivered, the response they gave me is "They didn't have my order in the system". I was never compensated for my $50 and I will never shop at that pizza hut again. You have to be careful when thinking about spending money at certain businesses in union city, ga.

Horrible! 3 miles away and refuse to deliver because of "zoning" I live in College Park, GA. in beautiful community neighborhood with crime watch neighbors. The only thing you hear here is birds singing, landscapers working on yards and lawns. Then I Called customer service and the automated system informed they deliver to my address at Melanie Manor, beautiful tranquil peaceful neighborhood where you only hear birds week after week, but the regional manager for both pizza hut's that is both less than 3 miles away has orchestrated this racial profiling. It's an oasis of a Black community here. It's not distance and it's intuitively definitely not violence over here against no one. You live in nice neighborhood and some jealous envious rat will show what he is, a satanic devil!

I haven't been there in a while because were always going to Nancy's, but im proud as hell I did. This pizza was the bomb. It was fresh, hot and my thin crust pizza was perfectly crispy. Im giving a 4 for now. When i go back repetitive times and its still good, ill give them a five.

The drive thru window is a bad service for a pizza place. If the car in front of you has a order that isn’t ready, you have to wait for their pizza to cook which is like 20minutes sitting behind them at the window even if your pizza is ready. So by the time you get it, it’s cold. I’m currently line and there are 10 people in front of me. Also I can’t even change my mind and leave because I’m stuck in the line and already paid for my food online. I’ve already been in line for 40 mins and my food should’ve been done 30 mins ago. I’m literally stuck here and can’t back out. It’s also 11:14pm and the store closes at 11pm. I’ll prob be here well passed midnight.
