Subway

The location was clean. The staff was courteous and ready to take our order. They listened while we ordered. We sat, we ate, and we left. It was a good clean environment to eat and enjoy a family meal together. It was late when we arrived. The staff did not display any displeasure that we arrive to dine.

Ordered online at the Union City, TN store at 7:20 pm. Pickup time 7:40. Finally got our sandwiches at 8:03. Not acceptable when the two kids in there were cutting up and shoulder shoving each other at one point. Ask for a manager and was told there wasn't one there tonight. This is the second time this has happened at this store.

Don’t even deserve 1 star. Seen roaches crawling around this location on the counter by the drink fountain and on the floor. One of the workers is very rude not sure of his name but he needs to get some help for that attitude or be fired. staff is absolutely immature needs new people. needs to be cleaned more often. tables are sticky

THIS PLACE IS INFESTED WITH ROACHES. They’re often seen inside of the carts with bread THAT IS USED TO MAKE YOUR SANDWICH and scurrying across multiple counters in view. More times than not, the knives being used to fold your sandwich, or cut it in half, are dirty, either from the last persons sandwich during a rush or someone in line 3 hours prior to your sandwich so the bacteria had time to marinate on the knife. There is usually black mold inside of the spouts in the drink fountain that’s not visible to someone with the knowledge to check it. Workers are often standing around and don’t want to come to the front to take a customers order. This business is just nasty and unsanitary in general. The employee who goes by the name harvey needs an attitude adjustment and i think a fist would help that. But hey, if you love getting sick i highly recommend eating at this fine sandwich bistro🤙🏻.

My husband and I usually go to Subway in Fulton Kentucky it is much better than the Union City Subway, we were so disappointed last night after we got our sandwiches , the bread was hard and the meat wasn't that great, the tomatoes didn't taste good either, so disappointed because the Subway in Fulton is being remodeled and we couldn't go there as usual. The only thing that was good about the store last night was that the staff was nice and friendly to us to bad the food didn't measure up,

On 9/23/2021 I went to the subway in Union City, TN. There were 2 employees at a table with a baby. They were very loud. As I was making my order one of the women said I don't give a f☆☆k very loudly. I'm so glad my grandchildren weren't with me. I told the young man how I felt about it and he agreed it was very unprofessional. I know everyone working there heard her say this but no one stepped up to tell her not to say things like that in a place of business I doubt I will ever be back. Poor management and trashy employess.
